Formation Pilates et cancer

En 2021, en parallèle avec mon activité chez Ose Therapie, j'ai enrichi mes connaissances grâce au diplôme "Rose Pilates" de Jocelyne Roland -www.sereconstruireendouceur.com et suivi une formation à l'UNIL - Cancer, Sport et Mouvement - afin d'accompagner au mieux les participants·es atteintes d'un cancer. L'efficacité d'une activité physique adaptée (APA) avant, pendant et après un cancer est prouvée.
